About Mark

Mark advises regulators, investment advisers, brokers and hedge funds in the UK, United States, Europe and Asia on SEC practice, US, UK, and EU financial services regulation, codes of ethics and cross-border compliance. He was a lawyer with the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance and the Division of Market Regulation, and a lawyer with the London Stock Exchange.
